7-Days Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange if the product is damaged or not working.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all 22 blades/parts, and in its original box packaging.

How to Start a Return:
To start a return, you can contact us via WhatsApp at 0328-7312482 or email us at shophomegrid@gmail.com. Please note that customers will need to send the return package back to our official warehouse address in Multan, Pakistan using any local courier service (TCS/Leopards).

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. Open parcel checking is allowed at the time of delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a video/photo proof so we can exchange it for free.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund amount will be transferred directly to your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Account within 3 to 5 business days.
